Hello everyone,

I wanted to let you all know that I have released a new Youtube video called Aigis' How Many Floors in Tartarus, but it is a remake. As you might have already figured it out, it is a remake of AngryArtisticAustralian's video. With the release of Eleven Labs AI, I wanted to remake one of my favorite videos on YouTube.

Come check it out!

Hello everyone!

To my surprise, the rating for the song Unnamed Boss Fight is now listed! And the result? Well, it is pretty understandable.

This would help me understand that I would need to spend more time polishing the tunes and get a broad insight into what might have worked. Through my educated guess, I presume that simply remixing the music in the song's second half was a cheap way of extending the length. Additionally, I know some tunes are either too loud or simply fighting for the listener's attention.

That being said, I have another song coming up! At its current development, it is a six-minute song. The name of this experiment for the song is to divide it into five parts as stage music. Note that the structure is subject to change:

  • Part 1: A slow and steady section with a honky-tonk piano and a clock-like rhythm, portraying a dull atmosphere in the lower area of the city.

  • Part 2: A more energetic section with a polyphonic melody representing the player character's determination to stop the Timekeeper. The music speeds up and flows more naturally, with the character boss egging on the player.

  • Part 3: The mini-boss fight, featuring a call-and-response between the honky-tonk piano and the distortion guitar. This part has a more intense and aggressive feel, with the background in-game possibly displaying thick clouds.

  • Part 4: A "calm before the storm" section. The music focuses on the player's amazement at the floating city and their determination to find the Timekeeper. It has a more peaceful and reflective feel, with lush orchestration and a prominent role for the honky-tonk piano. The music does then progress as the determinates take a more precedent role.

  • Part 5: A rematch from the mini-boss fight. This mini-boss seems not to get enough of a beating and is determined to protect the Timekeeper at all costs. The music is also part of the intense and aggressive feel, and as the fight comes to a close, the BPM goes as high as +200 since the mini-boss goes an all-or-nothing mentality.

  • Part 6: This last piece is short but concludes the fight with a brief saddening section. I would have imagined by this point that the Timekeeper would be grieving that someone or something of that mini-boss that has been with it a long time is no longer functional. By this point, I realized that the song tone from Unnamed Boss Fight felt inappropriate as it would not have reflected the Timekeeper's grief at the loss of this mini-boss and vengeance towards the player for destroying it.

That's all I've got to say. Stay tuned for the release of this song! Hopefully, it will get released sometime in April.

The initial chapters prior to publish has been released!

This was something I've been working a year ago, but the writing was delayed due to uncertain fundamental reasons. One of the doubts was, "What if all this time writing and no one will notice it? Was the effort worth it in the end?"

Currently, the post is tapping the water to see initial reactions. I'm hoping that there is at least one person interested in seeing the story go forward. Besides, there are plans to make more chapters for the story. In fact, there is the whole ambition to expand it even further. What that may be? When the time comes.

Additionally, I plan to use NG's blog to publish updates and announcements in regards to IntraGarden.

Many wishes for the story's progress!
